Laura Burhenn has just released the first video from What We Lose In The Fire We Gain In The Flood , her acclaimed debut album as The Mynabirds (in stores now on Saddle Creek). The clip is for “Numbers Don’t Lie,” and was directed by Alan Tanner, who has also helmed videos for Jenny Lewis and Conor Oberst.
